Overview

The Regime rules from behind the walls, using the ever-present kaiju threat to justify its iron grip on every aspect of city life. Propaganda banners hang from buildings. Armed soldiers patrol rain-slicked cobblestone streets. Watchtowers loom over every district. Citizens trade freedom for safety, and most have forgotten there was ever a choice.
